A women called Antonia Ruiz Hernandez from Mercedes, Texas has found an image which resembles the Virgin Mary on her air conditioning unit.
Hernandez believes that the image showing up is a miracle and says:
“God can do everything if you pray a lot”
She has built a shrine with decorations and plants around the unit and says people are welcome to go and visit it.

Hey this has nothing to do with being Catholic. I’m Catholic and i dont go out looking for images of the virgin Mary or the face of Jesus Christ on furniture, appliances or even on a flap of pancakes. Dont relate this incidence to all Catholics. This is about a lady who just has issues.
A picture of the Virgin Mary or any other image can be seen according to the conjecture of the human eye. Just watch the clouds in the sky for 5 minutes. How many images can you see?

I’ve seen a lot of air conditioners in my day (I repair air conditioners) and I’ve seen some crazy things happen to them, even ones that have been fried by direct hits from lightening strikes. But this one seems pretty intriguing. I definitely see where someone could think that it’s an image of the virgin mary.

ugh, so many people wanting to seem “cool” and knock another person down. I’m not Christian, nor am I Atheist (I don’t HAVE a religion or affiliation, really), but I AM ruled by common sense. People will find strength in the littlest, mundane things, where others least expect it (and especially where others will criticize). If you think it’s a vagina or the grim reaper or a sock puppet, then fine, it’s a vagina or the grim reaper or a sock puppet. But to her it’s the Virgin Mary. Just because your faith doesn’t coincide with hers doesn’t mean that one of you is wrong. It just means that you believe differently, so get over yourselves. If you don’t like it, then don’t say anything and move on.
